I know when I first started a keto diet I was so lost and had no idea what I should or even could eat every day. 

When you’ve finally decided to hop on board and follow a low carb or keto diet, it’s really important to understand that your calorie intake is actually important and ensuring that you have a calorie deficit is the only way to guarantee weight loss. 

However, it can be really difficult finding low calorie recipes that are also low carb.

That’s right! You can absolutely create multiple different meals using the exact same ingredients but just swapping out the protein. Mamma C is a genius!

Here’s another insanely easy dinner recipe that is low carb, low calorie, paleo and whole30!  This delicious Beef and Broccoli recipe is by noshtastic and should seriously be your new go-to weeknight dinner.  Not only is this dish tasty, but seriously has barely any ingredients.  Minimal ingredients and crazy delicious is my jam. 

This Beef and Broccoli dish can be eaten as is, or you can serve over cauliflower rice or with a side salad.  Easy peasy!

I promise you.  Also, if you have kids they will absolutely love this breakfast. I mean, who doesn’t love “dippable” foods right?

I’m legit in love with this recipe and I cannot say enough great things about it. 

Not only can this be served as a main dish, but I’m thinking it can even be an appetizer if served on baby bella mushrooms.  Ohhh the possibilities!

Looks like we’re keeping with the Italian theme here.  If you’ve been craving pasta and if you’ve especially been craving pasta carbonara then this dish is for you.

It’s a little unconventional with the addition of eggplant, but I promise you it only adds to the amazingness of this dish.  This dish cooks up really quickly and packs a ton of flavor!
